NPC / The86shop Stage 3 Clutch kit.

This clutch kit was custom made by NPC performance clutches for The86shop to replace our old Stage 3 clutch that had a power rating of 260-280 RWKW but had a heavy pedal feel and a low take up point which was causing 4th gear to grind in some cases.

This new kit is now using the latest WRX 240mm clutch instead of the 86/BRZ 230mm clutch, this allows us to offer a clutch kit with a much higher torque rating but drives like an OEM clutch. The pedal feel is a bit heavier/ better than a stock FA20 clutch but is far less than a traditional heavy duty clutch that will hold 300+ RWKW.

The kit includes a billet steel lightened flywheel which makes this a direct bolt on kit for the Gen1 and Gen 2 cars. 

We have used this kit for FI track FA20 cars and is our recommended kit for Built Engine FI FA20 cars and all FA24 FI applications.

This kit still uses the OEM clutch fork and pivot ball so there are no special parts needed to fit the kit other than what comes in the kit.
